Standardized Operating Procedures for Prospective Homebuyers in Order to Receive Services from Anna Pinto Realty:
• There is no general requirement to provide any Photo Identification prior to showing a property. However, in the event, individual property owners or certain listing brokers require photo identification prior to showing a property, we will communicate this information to all prospective buyers or tenants in advance of such property showing.
• An Exclusive Buyer Representation Agreement is not required.
• A pre-approval for a mortgage loan is not required in order to work with Anna Pinto Realty. However, if individual property owners or certain listing brokers require one, we will communicate that information to buyers as being necessary before showing any properties to a prospective buyer.
